**ABOUT THE ROLES**

We currently have two Recruitment & Mobilisation Officer roles available. As the Recruitment & Mobilisation Officer you will be responsible for recruiting and mobilising staff to various Mines sites across Western Australia, see below for a snapshot of key day-to-day activities.
- Creation of job ads and coordination of posting ads on a variety of platforms
- CV screening, phone screening and interviewing
- Verifying tickets & licences
- Completing reference checks, booking medicals, and coordinating police clearances
- Coordinating PPE collection, flights & accommodation bookings
