A great opportunity is currently available for someone to make a big impact and join as the Realbase Finance Lead on a 12-month fixed-term capacity. You will enjoy taking the reins in orchestrating the finance integration of the Realbase business within Domain working closely with key finance functions across Commercial Finance, Financial Control, FP&A, Tax, and Finance Operations and Systems.

You will drive the implementation of the finance integration strategy, ensuring seamless alignment with Domain's executive and finance team. Your expertise will shine as you ensure timely and accurate delivery of Realbase's financial results, mitigating risks in finance systems and processes while fostering collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer and Commercial leadership team. This is your chance to drive strategic and operational alignment, collaborating with project leads for a smooth commercial integration of Realbase.

In addition, you'll establish a robust governance framework across Realbase's financial systems, reporting, and processes and define and oversee the financial control environment, working closely with Group Financial Control to manage external audit requests at half-year and year-end audits.

**Who are you?**- Proven expertise in developing and implementing systems strategies and roadmaps for future growth, demonstrating the ability to navigate change at all organizational levels.
- Deep experience in successfully delivering integrations and system implementations, with a skill for effective project prioritization.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, empowering the ability to influence, collaborate, and consistently deliver impactful outcomes.
