The Commercial Manager, reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, will deliver high-quality commercial support to the Finance team and broader business stakeholders by providing comprehensive insights and strategic advice that enable informed business and investment decisions.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Act as a commercially astute business partner, delivering financial advice and supporting the Financial Controller in building commercial and financial capability across the business
• Provide senior finance business partnering and act as the key corporate finance contact across property, gaming, marketing, and hospitality operations
• Deliver insightful analysis and actionable recommendations aligned with strategic business goals
• Support the development of robust, commercially sound business cases, including financial evaluation of major capital projects
• Lead periodic performance reviews, benchmarking, and productivity initiatives
• Offer commercial and financial input into new contractual arrangements as directed by the Senior Commercial Manager

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related commercial discipline, with 10+ years' experience in financial or commercial management within a large organisation
• Experience in a casino and/or gaming environment is desirable
• Proven leadership and stakeholder influencing capabilities
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in leading BI tools
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling and data analysis
