**ESG Manager - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

We have a great opportunity for an ESG manager, who will be driving Domain’s ESG initiatives by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to bring Domain’s ESG strategy to life.

In this role you will collaborate, present, report and advise the business on risks and opportunities across ESG, and interface closely with Finance, Legal, Product, Technology and People Experience to oversee and lead the delivery of ESG reporting and programs.

You will operate at all levels of the business and across multiple functions to be a coach around strategic risks at the directors and senior leaders level, and a mentor and guide to employees across the company.

Domain has been recognised as a leader in ESG within its category - this is something we are immensely proud of, but we’ve still got a lot of work to do as we strive to meet the expectations of our stakeholders and further embed ESG into our business.

**Who are you?**
- Have experience and a background in the sustainability field
- Strong, illustrated, understanding in managing and interpreting sustainability data, including energy, water, waste & carbon data
- Knowledge of reporting frameworks such as NGERS and GRESB, CDP, ISSB, is highly desired
- Experience in Diversity & Inclusion reporting and communication (Modern Slavery, WEGA)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently manage key stakeholders.
