A great opportunity is available for an experienced Head of Financial Operations and Systems to play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future strategy for critical functions within our finance team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is keen on driving transformation, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading the integration of finance systems to enhance reporting capabilities. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across onshore and offshore teams, and establish a robust governance framework.

You will lead a diverse team spanning Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Finance Systems. You will also have a passion for leadership and team development. Your outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, coupled with a solid grasp of GAAP, make you a valuable influencer and collaborator. You will also bring knowledge of digital business, adept data analysis skills, and a proven ability to manage third-party service provider relationships.

**Who are you?**
- Leading the implementation and integration of finance systems and operations to enhance reporting capabilities and streamline accounting processes, including new acquisitions.
- Developing and enhancing interfaces between new and existing systems.
- Establishing and maintaining a strong governance framework across all the financial systems, incorporating user acceptance testing, analysing information, and providing recommendations.
- Building a continuous improvement culture within the Finance operations team that leverages technology, process automation and delivery partners to optimise Finance operations.
- Ensuring alignment and consistency of processes across onshore and offshore teams (as applicable).
- Ensuring any management control findings from internal or external audit are addressed as required.
- Ensuring legislative and regulatory requirements are met where appropriate across the Operations group.
- Developing operational finance policies and drive continuous improvements of that framework.
