What we are looking for

UNICEF Australia is seeking
a Marketing Lead
to drive long-term, sustainable revenue growth by inspiring new supporters. Reporting to the
Marketing Manager, Acquisition,
you will champion the scaling of our regular giving program, ensuring UNICEF's positive impact for every child.

Your day will include

  • Increase UNICEF Australia's impact for children by acquiring new regular givers and raising flexible funding
  • Develop supporter-centric regular giving and subscription products to create a pipeline of givers
  • Lead UNICEF Australia's conversion program to scale UNICEF's supporter base and maximize lifetime value
  • Manage agency relationships effectively
  • Coordinate emergency campaigns efficiently
  • Manage regular giving finance

    and budgeting
  • Achieve core KPIs, including regular giving acquisitions, volumes of leads for conversion, average gift, and cost per acquisition
  • Lead by example to champion collaborative working and build a commitment to collective responsibility within your program

We would like you to have the following skills and experience

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, commerce or other relevant area of study, or equivalent working experience
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in consumer mass marketing, with expertise in digital marketing and media mix
  • Experience collaborating with paid media agencies and other external partners
  • Proficient in managing campaign budgets to achieve target CPAs
  • Skilled in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, CRMs, CMS, and email marketing software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for analytics
  • Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data to deliver effective reporting and make informed campaign decisions
  • Strong organizational skills, adept at managing time and meeting deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail in producing high-quality communications and reports
  • Enthusiastic team player with a genuine passion for the international aid and development sector
