The Opportunity:
The Retail Project Manager will play an essential part in overseeing the successful end-to-end implementation of new stores, refurbishments, and other key projects across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders along with the planning, implementation, and flawless execution of key deliverables ensuring all projects are delivered on time, to budget and in accordance to approved design specifications and compliance standards.

Managing end-to-end store delivery – from design to handover – ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Soul Origin's brand and safety standards
Working closely with franchise partners, landlords, designers, and shopfitters to align on goals, expectations, and outcomes
- Leading the tendering, procurement, and contractor management process for new stores and refurbishments
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, WHS requirements, and Soul Origin's operational standards
- Driving value engineering and cost management, balancing efficiency with design integrity
- Supporting and collaborating with internal teams – including Leasing, Operations, Marketing, and Brand – to bring each store to life
- Taking ownership of defect rectification, certification, and project close-out
- Contributing ideas that enhance store design, improve build efficiency, and deliver better franchise outcomes
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- Qualification in Construction, Building, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years' experience managing retail or hospitality fit outs (QSR experience highly regarded)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently and confidently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a sharp eye for detail
- Willingness to travel interstate to visit sites and support franchise partners
