EVSE is expanding rapidly, and we’re on the lookout for a proactive and engaging Service Coordinator to join our team in Silverwater. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to a diverse customer base. Your responsibilities will include:

- Scheduling & Coordination: Organise site visits, reactive servicing, and annual maintenance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal teams, customers, and contractors.
- Billing & Database Management: Oversee service payments and maintain accurate records.
- Admin & Documentation: Process orders, quotes, and service documentation.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries and support customer service channels.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities to promote annual maintenance packages.
- Invoicing: Ensure timely and proactive invoicing.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems

- Experience scheduling electrical work, booking appointments, and coordinating contractors
- Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is advantageous
- Exposure to tiered support environments (L1-L4)
- Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced settings
- Commercially aware with a practical understanding of business operations
- Confident communicator who ensures contractor compliance and clear direction
- Customer-focused with a strong service mindset
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in both written and verbal tasks
- Collaborative team player with strong time management and multitasking skills
