**About the role**

Equans is seeking experienced **Project** **Coordinators (multiple opportunities) **to support the amazing teams in our Silverwater office. You will be customer focused, an administrative extraordinaire with high-level and accurate invoicing experience, attention to detail and be solutions oriented. This role reports directly to the Office Manager, in the Electrical and Communications group. You will coordinate and facilitate high-level support for our technicians and project teams, scheduling, collaborating with internal project and operations teams and preparing documentation associated with orders, invoices, and tenders. You will be a problem solver with the ability to build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers and have sophisticated verbal and written communication.
- Prepare key administrative project documentation, tenders, letters, and timesheet management
- Problem solve and provide solutions to manage internal and external queries
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Supplier and vendor invoice management and experience with accounts would be advantageous
- Quality and efficient customer service skills with an approachable can-do attitude
- Understanding of OH&S best practice

**Technical qualifications and experience**
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Business Administration (preferred)
- A background in project management environments (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft suite platforms and systems
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Australian Drivers licence
