**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator with a strong focus on brand management and campaign execution. This role will involve coordinating and executing marketing strategies, managing brand consistency across all platforms, and leading campaigns to drive awareness and engagement. The role also includes collecting customer testimonials, creating compelling case studies, and collaborating with internal teams and customers to ensure our brand messaging is effectively communicated. Some on-site work is required for customer interviews and gathering insights for case studies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistent and effective communication of the brand across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Support the development and execution of brand guidelines and visual identity to maintain brand consistency.
- Work with internal teams to align marketing materials with the brand strategy.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, to promote the company’s products and services.
- Track campaign performance and report on key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content and promotional material that supports ongoing campaigns.
- Manage timelines and coordinate resources to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Customer Testimonials & Case Studies**:

- Conduct on-site visits to customers to collect testimonials, feedback, and insights on product performance.
- Develop detailed case studies highlighting successful customer experiences and the impact of the company’s products or services.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify high-value customers for case studies.
- Create engaging and persuasive case study content for use in sales collateral, websites, and promotional materials.
- **Content Creation & Communication**:

- Work closely with the content team to develop written and visual content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the market.
- Conduct surveys and interviews with customers to gather valuable insights for marketing campaigns and case studies.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve campaign strategies and brand positioning.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Provide regular updates on project status, campaign performance, and insights into customer sentiment.
- Help coordinate the logistics of on-site customer meetings and events when necessary.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and campaign management strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in collecting customer testimonials and creating case studies is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct on-site interviews with customers and gather relevant feedback.

**Work Environment**:

- This role will involve a combination of office-based work and occasional on-site visits to customer locations.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for customer interviews and data collection.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
