**About the role**

The Office Administrator reports to the Section Manager and is responsible for:

- Computer processing
- Invoicing
- Raising orders and credit notes
- Checking and closing work orders
- Generating and creating reports
- Providing administration support

**About You**:

- Some experience as an office administrator
- Experience in Microsoft
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail
- Teamwork - work across multiple departments and build relationships.
- Need to work autonomously as well as in a team with minimum supervision
