Since the establishment of Pro Logistics in 1993, the transport industry has changed considerably. Pro Logistics has also moved forward to keep its transport and distribution services up to date with these technological advancements.

This is a permanent full-time role working from Monday to Friday. You will be working 8 hours per day hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm. Seeking an eager, professional who is willing to learn and grow with the business.

We are currently looking for an Junior administration and accounts who preferably has a background in transport and/or logistics.

**Duties and key responsibilities include**:

- Answering Incoming Calls
- Greeting and handling of walk-in clients
- Data entry of worksheets
- Maintain and update various registers
- Support Directors and Business Managers with arranging meetings
- Liaising with operation managers
- Induction with drivers
- Recruitment for new potential drivers
- General and Ad-hoc office duties

**The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following**:

- Previous Administration Experience (with references)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel (is essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
