**About the role**
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and members of the marketing team, the Campaign Lead is responsible for the management, planning and implementation of campaigns and initiatives that will support the marketing strategy and deliver against the business goals.
- CAMPAIGNS:

- Owned and paid media campaigns
- Develop and distribute campaign briefs
- Agency management
- Manage annual marketing calendar
- Reporting and data analysis
- Asset management
- DIGITAL:

- Assist with the creation of digital assets, landing pages, website improvement, user experience improvements
- Work with social and content team to drive success of marketing campaigns
- GENERAL:

- Customer service support as needed
- Support HOM with day to day activities
- Assist with internal communications strategy of brand purpose and values

**Skills & Experience**
- 3-5 years marketing experience
- Experience leading and coordinating the marketing calendar and end to end campaigns (traditional and digital)
- Exceptional stakeholder management - ability to ‘rally the troops’ and get the job done
- Strong understanding of digital channels and best practice
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Experience setting and achieving KPIs and commercial targets
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agency management experience
- Highly collaborative, positive solutions focussed mindset
- Great attention to detail
