Are you a driven, data-oriented marketer with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? Shell Energy is seeking a fixed term **Marketing Campaign Lead** to head our consumer growth ambitions in electricity, gas, and e-mobility, based in **Melbourne.**

In this role, you’ll plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, working closely with our marketing team, agency partners, and digital team. You’ll have the opportunity to shape our approach, drive growth, and deepen customer relationships.

**With honesty, integrity and respect, you will**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Support marketing strategy, planning, and growth initiatives
- Manage and optimize partner relationships and lead generation channels
- Design and optimize multi-channel customer journeys

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum 5 years of campaign/marketing experience, ideally in the energy industry
- Proven end-to-end marketing and launch execution experience
- Strong stakeholder, budget, and timeline management skills
- Advanced experience with marketing technologies and multi-channel customer journeys
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
