About the role:

Are you an experienced marketer ready to lead the charge on end-to-end campaigns? We're looking for a
Campaign Delivery Lead
to join our dynamic team and report to our Strategic Marketing Manager. This role is all about turning brilliant ideas into impactful, revenue-driving realities.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Orchestrate Campaigns:
  You'll own our key marketing campaigns, planning and executing them from start to finish to ensure they hit targets and stay on budget.
• Lead the Creative Process:
  Collaborate with agencies, photographers, videographers, and our internal design team to bring visual assets to life. You'll ensure every piece is high-quality and delivered on time while maintaining content calendars to keep everything aligned with campaign goals.
• Leverage Data:
  Your knack for numbers will shine as you track campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimization. You will also report on KPI and ROI to prove campaign success.
• Connect the Dots:
  You'll be the ultimate collaborator, liaising with our brand, social, education, digital, and product teams to guarantee a seamless, cohesive omnichannel experience.

Who You Are

• Experienced Pro:
  You have at least 3 years of proven experience in campaign or project management. Bonus points if you have a background in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.

• Master Communicator:
  You excel at stakeholder management and can work effortlessly across departments to prioritize work and manage expectations.

• Project Wizard:
  Your organizational and project management abilities are top-notch, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities and brands.

• Epic Storyteller:
  You have a talent for brand-aligned writing and can adjust your tone to keep our brand voice consistent across all content. Previous experience with shoot coordination and storyboarding is highly regarded.

• Tech-Savvy:
  You have previous experience with project management software like
  Wrike
  , and platforms such as
  Power BI, HubSpot
  , and
  Salesforce
  .
