**Comprehensive Campaign Manager**
Kidney Health Australia has embarked on an ambitious plan to transform kidney care and set a global standard for holistic kidney healthcare support for all Australians. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced relationship fundraiser with a background in leading high level philanthropic projects or portfolios.
- Lead this large-scale Comprehensive Campaign that will help significantly increase service capacity, breadth and reach in a scalable way, and will fund a building to house life changing services for Kidney Health Australia.
- Work closely with invested influential stakeholders, the CEO, Board Members and an external campaign consultancy to achieve goals as the campaign develops.
- 12 Month initial contract - Sydney or Melbourne location

Kidney Health Australia drive innovations and improvements in the management of kidney disease, so that one day every Australian can enjoy good kidney health. They are embarking on an ambitious plan to transform kidney care and to set a global standard for holistic kidney healthcare.
**About the Opportunity**
This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced relationship fundraiser with a background in leading high level philanthropic projects or portfolios. This role presents a real opportunity to change lives and have a significant impact on the future of kidney health across Australia.
The Comprehensive Campaign Manager will work closely with invested campaign committee members, the CEO, Board Members, and Consultants through the current quiet phase of the campaign, and into the public phase of the campaign as it continues to develop. The framework for this campaign has been completed and this person will manage the campaign as it continues to evolve. There is a significant prospect pool and clear cases for support and this person will support the campaign as we move forward with donors who have the capacity to make transformational gifts.
This large-scale Comprehensive Campaign will help significantly increase their services capacity, breadth and reach in a scalable way and will fund a building to house these life changing services. This bold campaign is about more than just revenue; it is an extraordinary effort to bring innovative change to the kidney health sector across Australia, impacting millions of lives.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Manage the day -to-day operations of the Comprehensive Campaign
- Lead on the overall strategy, and roll out, of the national Comprehensive Campaign
- Manage the Campaign Committee and support the Campaign Committee Chair
- Liaise with the Campaign Committee to ensure that leadership gifts are secured
- Collaborate with an external agency to deliver the quiet phase in to the public phase of the campaign
- Create prospect development and pipeline management strategies, through varying sources
- Manage a calendar of prospecting and engagement events for prospects and funders
- Develop and oversee stewardship and cultivation strategies that will ensure best practice donor engagement and management
- Build relationships with a range of funders to include individual donors, PAFs and foundations
- Personally cultivate relationships with donors, supporting in the solicitation of high level gifts
- Manage campaign budgets and report back on all campaign activity
- Work with multiple stakeholders across Kidney Health Australia to reach campaign goals, this will include the CEO, board members, fundraising teams, clinical and community teams
- Set up and work to key campaign timeframes, ensuring that campaign milestones are achieved in line with overall campaign goals
**Key skills**:
- High level relationship Fundraising experience with a background in developing relationships with, and securing high level gifts from a range of funders
- Strategic planning experience with an innovate and ambitious approach to significant philanthropic targets
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and utilise national networks across an organisation to achieve financial results
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Project management skills with the ability to work to multiple deadlines and priorities
- Prospecting skills with a background in creating stewardship and cultivation strategies that lead to pipeline growth
- A data driven Fundraiser with experience in utilising a range of sources to reach ambitious revenue goals
- Budgeting and reporting experience with the ability to present results back to key stakeholders
- A genuine interest in making a transformational impact in kidney health for millions across Australia.
