Bar Carlo is on the hunt for a Bar Manager to join our team

Weekend availability is required.

To be successful in this position you must be hardworking, trustworthy, reliable and able to work well under pressure.

As our Bar Manager your role will include:

- Working closely with our venue manager to meet goals
- Liaising with suppliers
- Manage and develop your own team
- Rostering of staff
- Developing cocktail list and curation of a rotating beer and wine list
- Have a minimum of two year's experience behind the bar
- Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails
- Experience with ordering and cashing up
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Have excellent attention to detail and presentation.
- Have a passion for hospitality, food and drinks
- Up to date RSA

- Melbourne, VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Bar management: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)
