Are you passionate about Australian cheese, local wines, and great hospitality?

Splatters Cheese Bar – Australia's first dedicated cheese bar and home to the only cheese trains in the southern hemisphere – is on the hunt for two dynamic Bar and Restaurant All-Rounders to join our team in our Geelong West and West Melbourne venues (2 roles available).

The Roles:

  • Full-time positions based on a 4-day working week (Wednesday–Saturday)
  • Lead our front-of-house and bar operations with energy and creativity
  • Expectation to learn all aspects of operations including back of house and kitchen
  • Opportunity to progress to Front of House Manager after a successful 6-month probation period
  • Additional opportunity for further progression to Venue Manager as business grows.

We're looking for people who:

  • Love everything about Australian cheese and wine
  • Are passionate about creating fun, memorable customer experiences
  • Have strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Are proactive and enjoy working as part of a small team
  • Love cheese and enjoy talking about it (knowledge of cheese styles an advantage)
  • Bring experience in bar management or hospitality
  • Are eager to grow with us as we take Splatters to the next level
