Bar Carlo is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager and Bar Staff to join our team

Bar Carlo is on the hunt for staff to join our team We are currently looking for a Bar Manager and Bar Staff with varying degrees of experience. Weekend availablinity is required.

For all positions you must be hardworking, trustworthy, reliable and able to work well under pressure. We require a basic level of kindness and understanding from each member of our team

As our Bar Manager your role will include:

- Working closely with our venue manager to meet goals
- Liaising with suppliers
- Manage and develop your own team
- Rostering of staff
- Developing cocktail list and curation of a rotating beer and wine list

To join our bar team your role will include:

- Working closely with our bar manager
- Part time and casual positions available. Full time may also be available for the right person
- Penalty rates
- Reasonable finish times
- Up to date RSA
- Immediate start
- Have a minimum of two years experience behind the bar
- Knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails (knowledge of italian food and beverage highly regarded)
- Experience with ordering and cashing up
- Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Have excellent attention to detail and presentation
- Have a passion for hospitality, food and drinks
- Up to date RSA

We are particularly seeking people who are able to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights (other shifts are also available).
