Madman Entertainment is Australia’s biggest independent film and television distributor - creating, licensing and distributing content on disc, into cinemas and to film festivals, digital platforms, TV channels and VOD services nationally. We’re passionate about special interest content like anime, documentaries, indie and Australian films and collectable TV series.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Administrator to join our in-house team to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our retail and rental customers, Agency Partners and to our Operations team; and to ensure Madman’s office is an awesome destination for our team to come to work each day.

**Your key responsibilities will be to**:
- Ensure the Madman office is running smoothly. You will be the ‘go-to’ person for organising our daily mail and courier requirements, looking after our “virtual” reception, ordering office and kitchen supplies and ensuring our office is neat and presentable for our team and visitors
- Have 2+ years experience in a customer service and administration role
- Be engaging, with the ability to build great customer relationships
- Be confident with a can-do, hands-on attitude
- Possess an exceptional eye for detail and is a gun at multi-tasking
- Be an exceptional communicator -both written and verbal
- Take ownership, work autonomously and take pride in their responsibilities
