We're on the lookout for a motivated **Administrators**in our centralised operations team located in East Melbourne.

Some of the key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Credit and Debit Management:

- Assist in the monitoring and management of credit and debit accounts.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Support the preparation of reports related to credit and debit activities.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Administrative Support:

- Provide general administrative support to the centralized team.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, including scheduling and preparing materials.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Telephony support: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing information or directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Communication and Collaboration:

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Work closely with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in processes.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings and initiatives.

Key to this role is strong administrative and customer service skills, and the commitment to deliver a positive experience for all stakeholders. Ideally, you will bring:

- Previous experience in administration preferably within a financial environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
