National Operations Administrator

**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity is currently available for an Operations Administrator. The role will provide professional administration support to the National Operations Executives and Management in a timely, accurate and confidential manner. Supporting the day-to-day running of the team, this new role will bring effective planning, organisation and coordination within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Be the first point of call for the leadership team
- Support meeting organisation, including agendas, papers and actions
- Continuously improve on operational support processes
- Lead event coordination including room / venue bookings, catering, invitations and attendance for the Operations leadership team
- Update the website, Google, intranet and SharePoint to maintain accuracy with operations
- Assist the teams to manage business plan initiatives and delivery
**Skills & Qualities**
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and reliability
- Intermediate/advance level proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to see tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Proactive and solutions focused, one to put ideas forward to better the business
