**What this opportunity involves**:
We are seeking an Integration and Change Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne.
In this role, you will be part of the governance and performance function. you will be responsible for the development, management and integration of cross-workstream processes. You will collaborate with all disciplines of the business to ensure that processes are aligned with the operational business processes, agreements and contractual obligation.
This role is required in Melbourne and you will have the ability to attend the office for in-person meetings in Melbourne CBD.
**Snapshot of the roles**:
Assist in developing cross-workstream processes and standardized portfolio documents
Support integrated account service plans and operational 'playbooks'
Coordinate integration improvement activities and operational improvement programs
Develop reports and tools to support KPI performance
Support consistent portfolio communication processes

**Requirements**:
Tertiary education in Business, Commerce, Property or equivalent
Over 2 years’ of experience in property sector
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and build rapport with stakeholders of all levels
Intermediate Excel proficiency
Experience in integration, business analysis, or change management will be an added advantage
