**About the opportunity**:
Reporting to the Change Manager, the purpose of this role is to coordinate and support change management across Customer and Business Operations initiatives, business programs, projects and other BAU initiatives. This position will also contribute to the development of change management capability in CBO’s people leaders.
As a Change Specialist you will work closely with Business Integration Leads and Specialists to support the implementation of a clear and integrated change program designed to support our customer facing teams in delivering personalised, radically simple and more relevant experiences for our customers.You will be playing a key support role in building collaboration across CBO on all customer and people initiatives, to ensure accurate assessment of impacts and optimal execution and integration.
**How will I help?**
- Work collaboratively as part of the Business Integration and Change team and with relevant stakeholders to create and deliver change solutions that are innovative, fit for purpose, and build the capability and engagement required for our people to achieve required outcomes.
- Guided by and in conjunction with the Change Manager, support the effective prioritisation and sequencing of change programs and build and manage a comprehensive change calendar
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to understand and meet business requirements.
- Measure and report on performance against milestones, and effectively manage risks and monitor issues.
- Effectively identify and manage change risks and issues.

**What do I need?**
- Experience managing change programs, with specific focus on people impacts, through a tiered change and engagement delivery model
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver project change services, in a change portfolio environment for a program of work using multiple delivery models, such as Human Centred Design, Lean, Agile and Waterfall
- Experience with and comfort in influencing stakeholders across all levels
- Proven ability to plan and implement benefits optimisation and innovation
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on multiple programs of work simultaneously, including judgement in balancing competing organisational priorities.
