**The role**:
Lead the change and communication management strategies and plans that maximise adoption and usage. Work and collaborate alongside Engagement Delivery teams and key stakeholders to deliver Change, Communication, and training activities. The Change and Communication Coordinator's engagement and effort will be allocated to projects as requested by the Delivery Directors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Propose and implement changes to work processes.
- Maintain up-to-date rollout roadmaps including communication plans, change plans, and training schedules.
- Coordinate change and communications activities.
- Document and assess change management-related risks and issues.
- Create fit-for-purpose training schedules and coordinate the delivery of high-quality training.

**Skills and experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in delivering change management and effective communication plans.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs.
- Experience developing innovative solutions and contributing to strategic planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to negotiate, motivate, influence, and build relationships.
- Ability to tailor communication to suit your audience.
