The Change Coordinator is a new role within the Digital Change and Transformation Team, supporting the Digital Reimagination (DRI) Program by coordinating change management and communication activities. Reporting to the Change & Communications Lead, the role will manage program queries, track stakeholder engagement, support events, and contribute to reports and surveys, ensuring smooth delivery of digital transformation across MACS.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and key engagement sessions with stakeholders.
  • Maintain the Change Project Plan in Microsoft Project and PowerPoint, ensuring accuracy of timelines, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Author and contribute to the preparation and quality assurance of change reporting including status updates, engagement summaries and reporting packs.
  • Manage and coordinate change tasks in JIRA, ensuring alignment with project timelines and owners.
  • Work with the Comms Lead to proactively manage the central Program inbox, triaging, responding, escalating, and organizing incoming communications effectively.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a Change Management function, Program Management Office (PMO) or project delivery environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and proactively coordinate event logistics.
  • Ability to create clean, professional, and visually engaging presentations (PowerPoint essential; Adobe Illustrator/ Canva or similar tools desirable.
  • Skills in designing communication assets such as banners, posters, newsletters, and digital content quickly and creatively; experience with Adobe Illustrator/ Canva or similar tools is highly regarded
  • Proficiency in SharePoint sites, maintaining content libraries, and managing page layouts and permissions.
