**Admissions Officer**

Melbourne Grammar School is seeking a vibrant and professional Admissions Officer to join our team at our South Yarra campus.

This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wants to have a long-term career in business administration or admissions in the professional or education sector.

This role is based at our South Yarra campus on St Kilda Road in the Community Relations Office. The staff within the Community Relations Department facilitate the School’s interface with internal and external community members including prospective parents, alumni and donors. Encompassing Reception, the Development Office (Philanthropy), Alumni, Admissions, Marketing & Communications, and Archives, the Community Relations Department is the community’s main entry point to the School.

**You will**
- Use high level verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills to be a professional and welcoming point of contact for prospective parents seeking enrolment to Melbourne Grammar School
- Be a strong office administrator with a commitment to proactive and effective work within the day-to-day operations of the Admissions Office
- Independently and as a part of a team, assist in coordinating a portfolio of admissions related events
- Track and maintain statistical data on future enrolments, highlighting any trends or indicators that may influence the enrolment strategy
- Have a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, coupled with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
