**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans.
- Identify and target potential students and markets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, businesses, and community organizations.
- Organize and participate in promotional events and activities.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless enrolment process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

**Salary Range**:

- $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
