The Junior School consists of Kindergarten - Year 6 students. We run a 3YO and Pre-Preparatory Kindergarten Program. Our Early Learning Centre runs out of the beautiful Margaret Thomas House building. Our Preparatory - Year 6 children are housed in the Allen Pizzey Building, next door to our ELC. We run our own Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Program, with a dedicated OSHC team.

**The role**
We are looking for a passionate and diligent Administration Assistant who can provide high level, effective administrative support, and assistance to the Junior School (Kindergarten - Year 6). In addition, the role supports other administration positions as required. The role will work closely with the Director (Early Learning Centre), Director (Prep - Year 3), Director (Years 4-6), Director of Outside School Hours Care and other staff within the Junior School (K-6) which are managed in a timely, professional and effective manner.

- Post
- secondary study in business administration or related areas and/or comparable on the job experience
- A minimum of 12 months demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a record of delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Must hold a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain.
- National Police History Check (Obtained within the last 6 months)
