**Personal Assistant to Head of School**

We are dedicated to providing an exceptional education to all Jewish children in a welcoming and safe environment, enabling them to achieve personal excellence and fulfilment. We are currently seeking a proven, dynamic, and growth-minded Personal Assistant to the Head of School and Senior Leadership Team. This is a unique 12-month contract opportunity to be responsible for managing the administrative backbone of Yeshivah Secondary and providing strategic support to the Head of School and Senior Staff.

**About the role**:

- Provide efficient administrative and organizational support to Head of School, including telephone inquiries, typing, printing.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and records for all staff, keeping all records confidential and accessible only to staff authorized to have access.
- Maintain accurate data within all school databases including: SEQTA - timetabling & reporting, outlook and school record enrolment data.
- Track budget expenditures and analyse monthly reports.
- Arrangement of school events for parents, students and staff, including: Information Evenings, performances, graduations, school photos, immunization coordination.
- Liaising regularly with the other Administration Staff in the Secondary and Primary School to facilitate and assist with communication between members of the Administration Team.

- Ability to function strongly as an individual and as a member of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and time management skills, able to work in a harmonious and efficient manner.
- Ability to succeed in a busy and fast paced environment, to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Initiative, drive and strong problem-solving skills with an ability to improve processes and practices.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
