About the role
The Manager Administration Services, Department of Medical Imaging Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) and Surgical, Treatment and Rehabilitation Service (STARS) provides operational leadership and management for the Administration services which support patients to access safe, timely, patient focused and cost-effective care.
The role provides strategic direction, leadership, continuous improvement and coordination of Administration Services across RBWH and STARS, Metro North Hospital and Health Service. This includes providing expert administration advice on workflow design and RIS system support, human resource management, medical imaging billing and finance expertise, industrial relations and workforce change management.
This position will lead the Medical Imaging Services at the RBWH and STARS in the provision of a dynamic and client focused administration service which emphasises excellence in the client interface, administrative support for the clinical staff.
