About this role
As the Manager Administration Support Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective delivery of administrative support. You will collaborate with two other managers and within your own administration team members to design and implement consistent, high-quality administrative practices across the organisation.
An important part of your role will be providing executive support to two Directors, including managing diaries and travel, coordinating meetings and committees, and preparing documentation and resources. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong coordination, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Duties
- Lead and coordinate administration support services for a designated .
- Provide high-level executive support to Directors/Executive Directors, including diary and travel management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
- Support operational projects, service contract compliance, and business continuity planning.
- Preparation of reports, tenders and presentations.
- Promote a high performance culture and embed our values of Collaboration, Respect, Integrity, Effectiveness and Optimism.

Skills and Experience
As an experienced Leader, you will have:
- Significant experience in administration, accounts, or business support.
- Proven Experience at effectively leading small teams and providing executive assistant support.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and project coordination abilities.
- Great management skills including troubleshooting, managing multiple deadlines and a process improvement mindset.
- High discretion and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Not for Profit or Community Based Organisation will be highly regarded.
