**About the role
Temporary fixed term opportunity to effectively manage Caboolture, Kilcoy Hospital and Woodford Administrative Services ensuring high standards of safety to staff, clients and visitors through compliance with the MNHHS Policies.
About you
Demonstrate leadership by modelling and promoting professional competence, accountability and ethical behaviour and commitment to the vision and values of Metro North Hospitals and Health Service (MNHHS) whilst leading organisational and cultural change as it impacts on staff and/or processes.
Provide specialist advice to the Facility Service Director to assist in the development of strategic plans and initiatives and the management of organisational change to ensure the continued evolution of an improved service.
Facilitate collaborative partnerships and provide strategic advice to clinical services to ensure appropriate facility wide administration services are efficient, effective and professional.
