About the role
As our Accounts Payable Administrator, you’ll support the Finance and Commercial Operations team by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments, reimbursements, and reporting. Reporting to the Financial Operations Coordinator, you’ll work with stakeholders across RACGP to uphold financial integrity and compliance.
**As our Accounts Payable Administrator, you’ll also**:
process invoices, purchase orders, and payments in line with RACGP policies.
administer staff expense reimbursements, credit cards, and registrar payments.
reconcile ledgers, manage creditor statements, and support reporting deadlines.
assist with month-end, year-end, and compliance reporting requirements.
Skills & Experience
Accounts payable or finance administration experience
Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge
Ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
