We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team on a 6 month fixed- term contract.
Based out of our Clayton Head Office and with an opportunity for contract extension, your key responsibilities will include;
- Manage full function AP duties including processing of invoices and reconciliation of monthly accounts
- Collecting and preparing payments that are payable for the week;
- Preparing EFT payments;
- Supplier credit application processing and approvals;
- Credit adjustments;
- Liaising with Suppliers/Contractors on any outstanding issues;
- Assist with the monthly reporting which include accruals. aged accounts payable listings etc.;
- File management and;
- Office management, including vehicle claims and ordering office supplies
- ADHOC duties.
As the ideal candidate for the position, you will have:
- Five years' experience in AP or similar position is desirable but not essential;
- Degree in Accounting is desirable but not essential;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders;
- Meticulous attention to details and organisation skills;
- Intermediate IT knowledge,, including Microsoft office and experience in Business Central 365 desirable but not essential;
