The Nudge Group have an awesome new and exclusive role We love working with a stand out FinTech, over the past 5 years, they have been the fastest growing company in Australia in their finance vertical and currently are in the process of building out their platform so they can continue to dominate.

Its time to bring in the big guns, we are currently seeking the Head of Growth, this role will form part of the management team, it will be a National role with large acquisition targets. It demands a strong, visible, responsive and data driven leader with outstanding commercial acumen, people leadership experience and the ability to leverage stakeholder capabilities in a highly collaborative way.

You will be tasked with developing & executing a strategic Direct to Consumer plan, to date most growth has come from strategic partnerships and referrals, this growth is still in an upward trajectory and growing nicely, so the D2C vertical is almost an untapped vertical for this firm, but the opportunities are endless. You will need to have solid experience creating exceptional, customer-led experiences, with the ability to analyse and quickly identify the target audience group, then develop and execute a winning strategy to convert. You will be supported by an awesome tech stack and engineering team and have the opportunity to take full control over your marketing activity.
