**About the role**

We are on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated
**Repairs & Maintenance Team Leader/Manager **to join our growing Repairs & Maintenance team in
**Norwest**. This role is a
**full-time** permanent position. Reporting to the General Manager - Strata Property Services, you will be responsible for managing the repairs and maintenance coordination team, drive standardisation and governance of the centralised function to deliver the best service while creating efficiency.

**Accountabilities**
- Establish repairs and maintenance coordination team to deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Continually review process to identify efficiency.
- Identify and forecast revenue generating opportunities.
- Review data and report on revenue uptick.
- Participate in strategy meetings for Strata Property Services.
- Act as the escalation point for customer issues
- Ensure accurate monthly reporting.

**About you**
- Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar all-rounder role in the Strata industry, Repairs and maintenance, or FM, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest
- A love for building relationships and anticipating the needs of others.
- The ability to see problems or conflicts as opportunities.
- Pride in organising and planning yourself as well as others.
- You have a Certificate IV in Strata Management.
- You are happy to engage with customers knowing that “relationships matter”. You are a go getter, know how to problem solved and thrive in an environment where you can be the “solution you seek”.
