We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Head of AI to lead our AI strategy roadmap and implementation. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, deployment and optimisation of AI Solutions across Greenstone Financial Services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and ensure successful execution.

**What are we looking for?**
- Extensive experience in deploying Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning based solutions in a variety of business areas impacting business outcomes.
- Strong demonstrated capability in the implementation of customer facing automation and AI solutions including defining AI/ML problems, identifying data strategy, building MVP and scaling/production of a prototype to full-scale production.
- Strong exposure to Chatbot/Webchat design experience with an understanding of Conversational Design and Large Language Models.
- Strong knowledge of financial services processes, products, regulations, and challenges.
- Strong experience driving cultural change across organisations to adopt and successfully leverage deployment of AI solution
