Our client is a large Not-For-Profit organisation that supports people at all stages of life. They are a leader their field and prides themselves on partnering with families and communities to provide aged care and vital support to families in need.

**About the role**
They are currently seeking an Events / Fundraising Co-Ordinator to join their rapidly expanding team in Norwest with some flexibility to work remotely from home upon completion of training. This amazing role is a permanent full-time opportunity.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising within the Marketing and Communications Team, you will be responsible to drive and meet annual fundraising targets. You will also be required to maximise current fundraising programs as well as implement creative and innovative campaigns to drive meaningful donor engagement

In this rewarding role, you will be required to undertake the following duties;
- Assist in the strategic development of the organisations Fundraising Plan
- Partner with stakeholders including Head of Fundraising and Marketing stakeholders
- Assist in the day-to-day fundraising activities
- Achieve donor retention and growth with a focus on new donors, returning lapsed donors, loyal donor growth, corporate giving and major giving
- Develop meaningful and enduring relationships with prospects and donors
- Identifying funding needs and opportunities for growth
- Provide support through Grant writing and submissions
- Develop and implement stewardship activities to deepen engagement
- Track, monitor and report on campaign performance, making recommendations on optimisation
- Coordinate post campaign reviews
- Manage the development of other key fundraising programs and initiatives including supporting digital activity online and social media
- Update and maintain contact management information, vital records and donor reporting information
- Inspire and educate donors about the organisations and its stakeholders services
- Ensure donors are engaged and inspired about their contributions
- Manage events and activities to engage existing and prospective major donors
- Undertake research on new, existing and potential major donors,
- Drive engagement strategies
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About you**
- Undergraduate qualification in an equivalent field or experience in fundraising coordination
- Minimum 2 years fundraising, marketing or sales experience
- Not-For-Profit, Aged Care or Disability Services Sector experience highly advantageous
- Track record of achievement in donor engagement and stewarding
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Fully COVID vaccinated + booster or medically exempt
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check
- Valid Driver’s licence
- Genuine alignment to the organisations vision, purpose and values
