Market leading International Retail Bank looking for Head of FX Product to join the business and drive growth

**Your new company**
Be a part of one of the largest Global retail Banks, this is a great opportunity for an experienced FX Specialist to join the organisation as Head of FX Product, being responsible for the commercial growth and pricing of FX. Reporting to the Head of Deposits, FX and Payments and working closely with internal stakeholders to drive the product offering, this is an organisation that can support huge growth in this space through product innovation.

**Your new role**
Working as the Head of FX and Product:

- Being the Lead for FX product development and implementing FX Strategy across several key development area’s
- Having a key involvement in Pricing strategy through market knowledge and Product Innovation
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing projects around FX and the Banks Product offering
- Understanding and implementing a wider corporate strategy in relation to FX Services

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- In-Depth and Extensive market knowledge of FX
- Demonstrated experience in a Senior leadership position
- Strong Product development experience across FX
- An In-Depth understanding of Risk and Compliance frameworks
