
Office Administration Assistant

**Job description**
Join Clean Power Co, a leader in residential solar installations, as an Administration Assistant. This hybrid (work from office and work-from-home) role offers a lucrative salary. We are seeking a skilled professional preferably with previous experience in an administrative position.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Onboarding**: Process paperwork for new clients and communicate with them to organise installations in a timely & effective manner.
- **CRM Management**: Update and maintain accurate records of interactions & documentation in our CRM system to ensure seamless handoff to the installation team.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in administration with outbound and inbound client communication.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service and assistance.
- **Organization**: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks and leads effectively.
- **Self-Motivation**: Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
