
Office and Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking for an Office and reservations assistant/coordinator to join the Reymond Group (Bistro Gitan, L’Hotel Gitan, Frederic and Village Wine Bar).
Working in our Prahran office, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing function and restaurant bookings, assisting our management team and providing general day-to-day administration support for four venues.
The role incorporates a variety of tasks including but not limited to the following key responsibilities:
- Creating bookings and answering phones
- Preparing reports and invoicing
- Photocopying, scanning, filling documents
- Ensuring reservations are managed to maximise restaurant capacity
- Designing menus, flyers and marketing material
- Providing administrative support to management and various staff
- Managing office supplies
What we are looking for:
- Good computer skills and knowledge of InDesign
- Previous hospitality experience in a similar role
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills with a strong grasp of the English language
- The ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Highly motivated and well-presented
- Be reliable, focused and open to learning
What we offer:
- This is a casual position, 20-25 hours a week Monday to Friday
- Centrally located in Prahran (remote work is not available)

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
