We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join CultureVerse and our mission of using communications campaigns to ensure every Australian in our diverse community is included and represented. We are the specialist multicultural communications arm of Think HQ, a full-service agency committed to creating inclusive communications, and working on projects that produce positive outcomes.
As Project Coordinator, you’ll be joining a supportive team to manage the production and delivery of translated and in-language media including audio, print, digital and film. Great communication and time management skills are a must in this role, as you’ll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling recordings with our translators and community partners.
It doesn’t matter if this is your next step, or your first step in the multicultural and inclusive communications industry, so long as you have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills and the ability to work towards specific timelines and budgets we want to hear from you

We’re a diverse bunch; ex-journos, filmmakers, social researchers, PR professionals, community engagement specialists, writers, animators, designers, and strategists who love what we do.
We're a genuinely collaborative, full-service communications agency working across public relations, advertising, multicultural communications, web design, animation, film and audio production. Our skills are diverse, but we’re all united by our passion for projects that deliver positive outcomes for people, places and the planet.
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate localisation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high quality outcomes.
- Support and guide vendors throughout translation services, remaining flexible as requirements change
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and quality control to ensure that all jobs have been completed correctly. This includes all translations, revisions of translations, graphic layouts, video captioning and all other ad-hoc work as required.
- Provide vendors with clear instructions and set expectation of outcome.
- Provide contextual notes to vendors to ensure the source message is well-understood.
- Proactively identify and address problems with translators and translation, escalating concerns and issues to the Localisation Director as necessary.
- Support Localised Production projects by booking talent and managing production schedule and talent.
**About you**
- You have a strong quality focus and are able to do precise, accurate work under pressure.
- You have excellent organisational skills and proven abilities in project management.
- You are able to manage several projects simultaneously and respond to changes in work priorities and/or project schedules in a flexible and responsive manner.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are a strong team player in a multicultural environment.
- Don’t worry if you don’t tick every requirement on this list - our priority is a talented and motivated individual with a positive attitude and who is willing to learn, grow and collaborate. We’re looking for someone who is a great fit for our team in values and personality._
