**About the role**:
Your career at NAB is about more than money, it's about serving our customers well and helping our communities prosper. We have an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Banker Experience team as a Channel Management Consultant.
Working within the Digital, Data & Analytics function, you will form part of a highly motivated team, focused on transforming our digital experience to be easy, desirable, and ultimately essential for our colleagues.
You will focus on improving the lives of our Bankers and Colleagues, by engaging with NAB’s Domains to reduce feature time and cost to market, through enabling low-effort platform integration into the Digital Banker channel.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Be accountable for ensuring continued channel performance
- Manage channel risks and oversee policy and process improvements
- Provide expertise and advice to senior stakeholders that drive improvement performance
- Enabling NABs Domains to deliver features and capabilities into nabONE
- Support complex and business critical engagements across NAB
- Run and optimise Domain engagement processes
- Champions and upholds platform product standards
- Subject matter expert/technical expert for assisted and digital
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and the wider community
**What you will bring to the role**:
- 3-5 years’ work experience in channel management (in any industry)
- Strong project experience across multiple business units and complex environments and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
- Ability to communicate to key stakeholders and squads
- Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams
- Ability to innovate, adapt and grasp new skills and content
- Proven data analytics skills and evidence-based decision making. Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis methods, tools and techniques
- Financial Services industry experience is highly desirable.
- Preferably a technical background and an in-depth understanding of Financial Products and Domains (operations, processes, end users, customers, regulations)
