**Job Description**:

- Develop annual ANZ channel marketing plan in consultation with ANZ Growth Marketing Manager based on local market requirements and sales revenue target
- Collaborate with regional channel account managers, support quarterly channel sales pipeline and revenue goals by developing and executing relevant joint marketing programs
- Work with channel partners on enablement calendar, solution awareness, lead generation, sales promotion, events, and software trial in the region through MDF programs
- Adapt global campaigns into local market with strong understanding of ANZ business needs and re-purposing relevant marketing assets to support channel sales team
- Manage detailed event execution timelines, logistics plans with accountabilities, execute and tracking of pipelines including booking generated resulted from MDF joint marketing
- Work closely with agencies
- Maintain up-to-date marketing customer, prospect and partner lists for the region

**Qualifications**:

- Good understanding of partner ecosystem (distributor, reseller, system integrator, partner alliances) with strong comprehension of local market
- 5+ years experience in IT software industry, events, field marketing, and event management
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality management or event management
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Ability to manage budget and track ROI out of MDF joint marketing
- Experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, CRM systems, and webinar platforms is a plus
