**Your new company**
This organization is currently looking for a full time Helpdesk Team Lead to join them to lead a team of 2, looking after the systems and network for the organization and provide technical Support to end users. This organization is in Eastern Suburb, offering hybrid work mode and RDO (Roster Day off).
**Your new role**
In this role, you will be hands on with providing service desk support to the organization alongside your team members. you will play an important mentorship role with experience in leading a small team to deliver high level end users support across organization’s assets, Salesforce CRM and AV equipment etc. You will be overseeing the day to day operation of the Helpdesk Team and provide coaching and mentorship for staff development.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting problem with network, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, firmware, and software
- Experience in technology support with a service desk background
- Have experience in leading a small Helpdesk team
- Experience to supervise and mentor staff members
- Be a PR or Australian Citizen
- Be Triple Vaccinated
