Helpdesk IT Support

We are an established city based IT company looking for a full time, permanent helpdesk engineer for our client, an established, global organisation in the Sydney CBD.
We need a self motivated, intelligent, reliable support engineer who will enjoy working on a busy helpdesk, in a team environment, within an established and respected organisation. You will also be able to work from home.
Candidates must hold a valid work visa or appropriate work authorisation to work in Australia.
You will have
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English as your primary language.
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS 7 & 10, MS Office 2016, Outlook 365 and Web browsers (Internet Explorer/Google Chrome).
- Experience in supporting desktops, laptops, multi-function printers, projectors, scanners, and monitor.
- Experience in supporting video conferencing systems or willingness to learn on Audio/Visual studio operations.
- Minimum 1 year desktop/service-desk support experience and minimum a diploma in IT/Computer Science
- A Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science is required for this position.
