**Your new role**

You will be interviewed for the role of Finance Team Lead. Within this role your duties will include leading a team responsible for invoice processing, account reconciliation, month end activities, payment reimbursements and other accounting related queries.
- Month end close and preparation of financial reporting requirements
- Perform financial and operational analysis to support and challenge business decisions
- Complete Balance Sheet Reconciliations - Debtor Ledger, Unallocated Cash & etc.
- Assist with the Half Year and Full Year Audit
- Financial control across financial results and balance sheet, including review of relevant balance sheet reconciliation
- Identifying risk and ways to mitigate this risk
- Set processes that manage risk, cash flow, supplier payments on time and debtor management
- System upgrade & project testing
- Tracking & reporting of team key performance indicators
- Identify commercial opportunities within the business model
- Ad-hoc projects to continually improve the team processes and controls
- Support and foster a positive, well-balanced team environment and culture

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have recent experience as an Accountant or Senior Assistant Accountant coaching and mentoring a small, transactional team. You will have excellent business partnering skills and be proficient in Excel.
