**The Role**:
We are seeking a full-time Facilities Management (FM) Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting Storage King-managed sites by coordinating the FM Helpdesk. You will facilitate work requests using the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring that maintenance, repairs, and minor improvements are carried out efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the CMMS inbox and triaging work requests based on urgency and priority.
- Ensuring proper follow-ups and escalations as needed.
- Seeking quotes and generating work orders to contractors.
- Reviewing pricing and quotes to ensure they align with business needs.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of assets, buildings, and equipment.
- Processing invoices and uploading completed service reports.
- Supporting the business with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks.

**Working hours**:
Full time - Monday to Friday

**What you will need**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management or a similar role.
- Proficiency with CMMS software (MEX or similar).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of WHS principles and basic accounting.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach.
