World’s leading providers of consulting, expert and advisory services for the construction, manufacturing, and technology industries.

**Your new role**
- Monitor assigned helpdesk tickets
- Contact person for IT requirements for Asia Pac offices
- Perform admin duties for servers, LAN and WAN Infra
- Assist with the onboarding of new staff.
- Source, procure, setup and troubleshoot IT hardware.
- Provide weekly reports and participate in Global IT team meetings.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- University Degree qualifications relevant to the IT Sector or equivalent work experience with demonstrable practical knowledge within a similar role.
- Proven experience within the IT sector and juggling multiple priorities.
- Knowledge and ability to manage computer, server, network and phone equipment requirements
- Strong communication skills and the ability to be patient and resilient explaining operating procedures and error rectifications.
- Experienced with the Microsoft environment (Windows, O365 and Azure) and other relevant software.
